Study on the value of continuity of care under a multidisciplinary collaboration model in patients with diabetes complicated by fundus hemorrhage
多学科协作模式下延续护理在糖尿病伴眼底出血患者中的价值研究

摘要

目的 探究分析多学科协作模式下延续护理在糖尿病伴眼底出血患者中的价值。方法 选取2025年3月至2025年12月期间，院内80例糖尿病伴眼底出血患者作为此次研究对象。依托于随机数字表法，将80例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规延续护理，观察组采用多学科协作模式下的延续护理，对比两组血糖水平及视力状态。结果 观察组空腹血糖，餐后2h血糖均低于对照组，裸眼视力高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 多学科协作模式下延续护理可显著改善患者血糖水平，同时可进一步改善患者视力状态，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the value of continuity of care under a multidisciplinary collaboration model in patients with diabetes complicated by fundus hemorrhage.
Methods From March 2025 to December 2025, 80 inpatients with diabetes complicated by fundus hemorrhage were selected as study subjects. Using the random number table method, the 80 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received conventional continuity of care, while the observation group received continuity of care under a multidisciplinary collaboration model. Blood glucose levels and visual status were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group had lower fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose than the control group, and uncorrected visual acuity was higher than that of the control group, with P<0.05.
Conclusion   Continuity of care under a multidisciplinary collaboration model can significantly improve patients' blood glucose levels and further enhance visual status, and is worthy of promotion and application.
