Analysis of the impact of early enteral nutrition combined with optimized nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of colorectal tumors
早期肠内营养联合优化护理对结直肠肿瘤术后康复的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析早期肠内营养（EEN）联合优化护理方案对结直肠肿瘤术后患者康复效果的影响。方法 回顾性分析2023年1月-2024年6月在我院普外科接受结直肠肿瘤根治术的120例患者的临床资料。根据术后营养支持及护理方案的不同，将患者分为接受术后常规护理及营养支持的对照组，接受早期肠内营养联合优化护理方案的观察组。结果 观察组患者术后首次排气、首次排便及住院时间均显著短于对照组，术后第7天血清白蛋白（ALB）、前白蛋白（PA）水平更高，C反应蛋白（CRP）水平及术后总并发症发生率更低（P<0.05）。结论 早期肠内营养联合优化护理方案能够有效促进结直肠肿瘤术后患者胃肠功能的恢复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of early enteral nutrition (EEN) combined with optimized nursing plan on the rehabilitation effect of postoperative patients with colorectal tumors.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 120 patients who underwent radical resection of colorectal tumors in our general surgery department from January 2023 to June 2024. According to different postoperative nutritional support and nursing plans, patients were divided into a control group receiving routine postoperative care and nutritional support, and an observation group receiving early enteral nutrition combined with optimized nursing plans.
Results The observation group had significantly shorter postoperative first exhaust, first defecation, and hospitalization time compared to the control group. On the 7th day after surgery, the levels of serum albumin (ALB) and prealbumin (PA) were higher, and the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and the incidence of total postoperative complications were lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early enteral nutrition combined with optimized nursing plan can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery.
