摘要
目的 探讨心理护理联合循证护理模式对肿瘤患者疼痛程度、癌因性疲乏及负面情绪的临床影响。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年12月本院收治的64例肿瘤患者为研究对象，分两组，各32例。对照组实施肿瘤内科常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上采用心理护理+循证护理联合干预。比较两组疼痛、疲乏评分及护理满意度。结果 干预后，观察组视觉模拟评分法（VAS）疼痛评分、Piper疲乏评分低于对照组；护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理联合循证护理可有效减轻肿瘤患者疼痛症状，改善癌因性疲乏状态，明显缓解焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪，同时提升护理质量与满意度，促进身心康复，改善生活质量，是科学且高效的护理模式，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of psychological nursing combined with evidence-based nursing model on the pain level, cancer-related fatigue, and negative emotions of cancer patients. Methods 64 cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects, divided into two groups, with 32 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing in oncology, while the observation group received a combination of psychological nursing and evidence-based nursing interventions on the basis of routine nursing. Compare the pain, fatigue scores, and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results After intervention, the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain score and Piper fatigue score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of psychological nursing and evidence-based nursing can effectively alleviate pain symptoms in cancer patients, improve cancer-related fatigue, significantly alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, while improving nursing quality and satisfaction, promoting physical and mental recovery, and improving quality of life. It is a scientific and efficient nursing model that is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
