Analysis of the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept nursing on hospitalization time and satisfaction of appendicitis surgery patients
快速康复外科理念护理对阑尾炎手术患者住院时间及满意度的作用分析

摘要

目的 分析在阑尾炎手术患者的临床护理方案中应用快速康复外科理念护理的价值。方法 将2024年1月-2024年12月内就诊的80例阑尾炎患者为研究对象，以分层随机法分40例对照组基础围术期护理，40例观察组开展快速康复外科理念护理，对比两组患者预后进程、对比两组患者对护理服务的满意率；结果 观察组患者的预后进程优于对照组，同时观察组满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在阑尾炎手术患者的临床护理方案中应用快速康复外科理念护理可加速患者预后进程，实现尽早转归，患者对护理服务满意度高，且有较好的护理体验。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of applying the concept of rapid recovery surgery in the clinical nursing plan for patients undergoing appendicitis surgery.
Methods 80 patients with appendicitis who received treatment between January 2024 and December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group of 40 patients who received basic perioperative nursing care and an observation group of 40 patients who received fast recovery surgical concept nursing care. The prognosis and satisfaction rate of nursing services were compared between the two groups of patients;
Results The prognosis of the observation group patients was better than that of the control group, and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying the concept of rapid recovery surgery in the clinical nursing plan for patients undergoing appendicitis surgery can accelerate the patient’s prognosis process, achieve early recovery, increase patient satisfaction with nursing services, and provide a good nursing experience.
