Research on the construction and application of a mother’s breast milk initial feeding plan for premature infants in the NICU within 24 hours after birth based on a multidisciplinary team collaboration
基于多学科团队联合的NICU早产儿出生后24小时内亲母乳初乳喂养方案的构建与应用研究

摘要

目的 研究基于多学科团队联合的新生儿重症监护病房（NICU）早产儿出生后24h内亲母乳初乳喂养方案的构建与应用效果。方法 将2025年1月-2025年12月接收的80例NICU早产儿纳入研究，随机分为研究组与参照组，每组40例。参照组给予传统喂养方案，研究组给予基于多学科团队联合的NICU早产儿出生后24h内亲母乳初乳喂养方案，对比两组喂养指标、生长指标变化情况。结果 研究组奶摄入量高于参照组，一日奶量达150mL/kg时间短于参照组（P＜0.05）；研究组头围增长速率、体质量增长速率均高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 构建基于多学科团队联合的NICU早产儿出生后24h内亲母乳初乳喂养方案的应用效果良好，有利于提高喂养质量，促进生长。

Abstract

Objective To study the construction and application effect of a mother’s breast milk initial feeding plan for premature infants in the NICU within 24 hours after birth based on a multidisciplinary team collaboration.
Methods A total of 80 premature infants admitted to the NICU from January 2025 to December 2025 were included in the study and randomly divided into the study group and the reference group, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was given the traditional feeding plan, while the study group was given the mother’s breast milk initial feeding plan for premature infants in the NICU within 24 hours after birth based on multidisciplinary team collaboration. The feeding indicators and growth indicators of the two groups were compared.
Results The milk intake of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, and the time for the daily milk intake to reach 150ml/kg was shorter in the study group than in the reference group (P < 0.05); the growth rate of the head circumference and body weight in the study group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application effect of constructing a mother’s breast milk initial feeding plan for premature infants in the NICU within 24 hours after birth based on multidisciplinary team collaboration is good, which is conducive to improving the feeding quality and promoting growth.
