Evaluation of the effectiveness of radar pattern nursing in the care of spinal fractures with spinal cord injuries
雷达图模式护理在脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤护理中的有效性评估

摘要

目的 探析雷达图模式护理应用于脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤护理中的有效性。方法 自2024年2月起，本院开始收集诊治脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤的病例资料，至2025年10月止共纳入46例，采用随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组，每组各23例。一组实施常规护理设为参照组；一组实施雷达图模式护理设为实验组。对比两组脊髓功能恢复程度、疼痛程度等情况。结果 实验组干预后脊髓功能独立性评分、脊髓损伤步行指数均较参照组显著偏高（P<0.05）。实验组术前、术后第一天、第三天疼痛程度均较参照组显著偏轻（P<0.05）。结论 雷达图模式护理应用于脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者护理中，能明显减轻早期疼痛，对脊髓功能恢复具有积极的促进作用，应积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of radar imaging nursing in the care of spinal fractures with spinal cord injuries.
Methods Starting from February 2024, our hospital began collecting case data on the diagnosis and treatment of spinal fractures with spinal cord injuries. By October 2025, a total of 46 cases were included and randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a random number table method, with 23 cases in each group. A group implementing routine nursing is set as the reference group; A group implementing radar pattern nursing was set as the experimental group. Compare the degree of spinal cord function recovery and pain level between two groups.
Results After intervention, the experimental group had significantly higher scores for spinal cord function independence and spinal cord injury walking index compared to the control group (P<0.05). The pain level of the experimental group before surgery, on the first and third day after surgery was significantly milder than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of radar pattern nursing in the care of patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries can significantly reduce early pain and have a positive promoting effect on spinal cord function recovery, which should be actively promoted.
