Exploration of the application effect of high-quality nursing in the comprehensive treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis
优质护理在高脂血症性胰腺炎综合治疗中的应用效果探讨

摘要

目的 探讨对高脂血症性胰腺炎患者实施优质护理的临床效果。方法 选取2024年6月至2025年6月期间收治的高脂血症性胰腺炎患者80例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与实验组，每组患者40例，对照组患者采用常规护理，实验组患者采用优质护理。对比两组患者生活质量以及患者满意度。结果 护理后实验组生活质量以及患者满意度均优于对照组，组间数据对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理干预能显著提高高脂血症性胰腺炎患者的生活质量，提升其对护理的满意度，建议在临床实践中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of implementing high-quality nursing care for patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.
Methods 80 patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis admitted between June 2024 and June 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, while patients in the experimental group received high-quality care. Compare the quality of life and patient satisfaction between two groups of patients.
Results After nursing, the quality of life and patient satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the data comparison between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High quality nursing interventions can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis and enhance their satisfaction with nursing care. It is recommended to promote their application in clinical practice.
