Study on the effect of improved supine care on lumbar spine movement in patients with spinal fractures after pedicle screw fixation surgery
改良卧位护理对脊柱骨折椎弓根钉内固定术后患者腰椎活动的作用研究

摘要

目的 探讨改良卧位护理对脊柱骨折椎弓根钉内固定术后患者腰椎活动的作用研究。方法 研究选取2024年12月-2025年12月期间本院骨科收治的46例脊柱骨折椎弓根钉内固定术后患者作为研究对象，将所有患者按照随机数字表法进行分组，最终23例患者采用常规卧位护理，将其定为对照组，另外23例患者采用改良卧位，定为观察组，以此比较两组患者压疮风险、深静脉血栓风险和疼痛评分。结果 观察组的感知能力、活动能力、移动能力、潮湿程度、营养状况、摩擦力分数均高于对照组，表明观察组的压疮风险更低（P＜0.05）；观察组的深静脉血栓风险更低（P＜0.05）；观察组患者采用改良卧位护理措施能够有效缓解患者的疼痛（P＜0.05）。结论 脊柱骨折椎弓根钉内固定术后可采用改良卧位护理措施，能够有效降低患者的压疮风险、深静脉血栓风险，同时缓解患者的疼痛，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of improved supine care on lumbar spine movement in patients with spinal fractures after pedicle screw fixation surgery.
Methods A total of 46 patients with spinal fractures who underwent pedicle screw fixation in our orthopedic department between December 2024 and December 2025 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. Finally, 23 patients received routine supine care and were designated as the control group, while the other 23 patients received modified supine care and were designated as the observation group. The risk of pressure ulcers, deep vein thrombosis, and pain scores were compared between the two groups of patients.
Results The perception ability, activity ability, mobility, moisture level, nutritional status, and friction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, indicating that the observation group had a lower risk of pressure ulcers (P<0.05); The observation group had a lower risk of deep vein thrombosis (P<0.05); The improved supine nursing measures adopted by the observation group patients can effectively alleviate their pain (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Improved supine nursing measures can be adopted after pedicle screw fixation for spinal fractures, which can effectively reduce the risk of pressure ulcers and deep vein thrombosis in patients, while relieving their pain. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
