Analysis of the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing mode in the re bleeding of gastrointestinal bleeding after endoscopic treatment
综合护理模式在消化道出血经内镜治疗后再出血中的有效性分析

摘要

目的 探析综合护理模式运用于消化道出血经内镜治疗后再出血中的有效性。方法 自2025年2月起，本院开始收集消化道出血经内镜治疗后再出血的病例资料，至2026年2月止共纳入96例，通过盲选法平均分组。一组48例开展常规护理作为参照组；一组48例开展综合护理作为试验组。对比两组再出血情况及护理满意度等情况。结果 试验组再出血率为8.33%较参照组的22.92%显著偏低（P<0.05）。试验组护理满意度为97.92%较参照组的77.08%显著偏高（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理模式运用于消化道出血经内镜治疗后再出血中，可明显降低再出血率，护理满意度全面提高，应积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of the comprehensive nursing model in the treatment of recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding after endoscopic therapy.
Methods Starting from February 2025, our hospital began collecting case data on gastrointestinal bleeding that recurred after endoscopic treatment. By February 2026, a total of 96 cases were included and evenly divided into groups through blind selection. A group of 48 cases received routine nursing as the reference group; A group of 48 patients received comprehensive nursing as the experimental group. Compare the rebleeding situation and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.
Results The rebleeding rate in the experimental group was 8.33%, which was significantly lower than the 22.92% in the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.92%, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group (77.08%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comprehensive nursing mode in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding after endoscopic therapy can significantly reduce the rate of rebleeding, improve nursing satisfaction comprehensively, and should be actively promoted.
