The effect of early rehabilitation nursing in ICU on postoperative care of cardiac surgery patients and its impact on postoperative complications
ICU早期康复护理运用在心脏外科术后患者护理中的效果及对患者术后并发症的影响

摘要

目的 探讨ICU早期康复护理运用在心脏外科术后患者护理中的效果及对患者术后并发症的影响。方法 研究采取对照形式，在本医院中选择150例进行心脏外科手术后需要护理的患者作为研究样本，所有样本均在2025年1月-2026年1月期间在本医院进行治疗，采用随机数字表将所有患者进行分组，即为观察组和对照组，每小组各分配到75例患者，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组采用ICU早期康复护理，以此比较两组患者的疼痛程度、并发症发生率、日常生活能力。结果 观察组患者护理后的疼痛程度更佳（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的日常生活能力更优（P＜0.05）。结论 ICU早期康复护理运用在心脏外科术后患者护理中的效果显著，能够有效降低患者的疼痛程度、并发症发生率，提升其日常生活能力，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in ICU on postoperative nursing of cardiac surgery patients and its impact on postoperative complications.
Methods The study adopted a controlled form, selecting 150 patients who needed nursing care after cardiac surgery in our hospital as the study sample. All samples were treated in our hospital from January 2025 to January 2026. A random number table was used to divide all patients into an observation group and a control group, with 75 patients assigned to each group. The control group received conventional nursing mode, while the observation group received ICU early rehabilitation nursing. The pain level, incidence of complications, and daily living ability of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The pain level of patients in the observation group was better after nursing (P<0.05); The daily living ability of the observation group patients was better (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of early rehabilitation nursing in ICU has a significant effect on the care of postoperative patients in cardiac surgery. It can effectively reduce the pain level and incidence of complications of patients, improve their daily living ability, and is worthy of promotion and application.
