A nursing intervention study on gastrointestinal preparation in patients undergoing abdominal ultrasound examination
腹部超声检查患者胃肠道准备的护理干预研究

摘要

目的 探究针对性护理干预运用于腹部超声检查患者胃肠道准备中的效果。方法 自2025年2月起，本院开始收集进行腹部超声检查的病例资料，至2026年2月止共纳入112例，通过盲选法平均分组。参照组56例开展常规护理；实验组56例开展针对性护理。对比两组胃肠道准备质量满意度、并发症等情况。结果 实验组胃肠道准备质量满意度为96.43%较参照组的78.57%显著偏高（P<0.05）。实验组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均较参照组显著偏低（P<0.05）。结论 针对性护理干预运用于腹部超声检查患者胃肠道准备中，可明显减轻患者焦虑抑郁的负性情绪，有效提高胃肠道准备的质量，应在护理实践中积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on gastrointestinal preparation in patients undergoing abdominal ultrasound examination.
Methods Starting from February 2025, our hospital began collecting case data for abdominal ultrasound examination. By February 2026, a total of 112 cases were included and evenly divided into groups through blind selection. 56 cases in the reference group received routine nursing care; 56 cases in the experimental group received targeted nursing care. Compare the satisfaction level and complications of gastrointestinal preparation quality between two groups.
Results The satisfaction rate of gastrointestinal preparation quality in the experimental group was 96.43%, which was significantly higher than that in the reference group (78.57%) (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted nursing interventions applied to gastrointestinal preparation in patients undergoing abdominal ultrasound examination can significantly reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, effectively improve the quality of gastrointestinal preparation, and should be actively promoted in nursing practice.
