Application of bundle nursing in preventing nasal and facial pressure injuries in newborns with NCPAP
集束化护理预防新生儿NCPAP鼻面部压力性损伤的应用

摘要

目的 探究对新生儿经鼻持续气道正压通气（NCPAP）鼻面部压力性损伤实施集束化护理的预防效果。方法 选取2024年3月至2025年3月在我院出生接受NCPAP治疗的患儿60例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=30，常规护理）与观察组（n=30，集束化护理）。对比两组患儿鼻面部压力性损伤发生率、不良反应发生率（发红、破损、感染）以及家长满意度。结果 观察组患儿鼻面部压力性损伤发生率、不良反应发生率低于对照组，家长满意度高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在新生儿NCPAP治疗中实施集束化护理有助于提高护理效果，预防鼻面部压力性损伤，促进患儿康复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the preventive effect of bundle nursing on nasal and facial pressure injuries in neonatal Nasal Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (NCPAP).
Methods Sixty children born in our hospital between March 2024 and March 2025 who received NCPAP treatment were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n=30, receiving routine care) and an observation group (n=30, receiving bundled care) using a random number table method. Compare the incidence of nasal and facial pressure injuries, adverse reactions (redness, damage, infection), and parental satisfaction between two groups of pediatric patients.
Results The incidence of nasal and facial pressure injuries and adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and parental satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing bundled care in the treatment of neonatal NCPAP can help improve nursing effectiveness, prevent pressure injuries to the nose and face, and promote the recovery of the affected children.
