袋鼠式护理联合母乳口腔运动干预在早产儿喂养中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探析袋鼠式护理联合不同时长母乳口腔运动干预对早产儿吸吮功能及喂养进程的影响。方法研究对象选取2024年1月至2026年1月上海市长宁区妇幼保健院新生儿科收治的早产儿,共计纳入100例。采用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,单纯5分钟口腔运动干预)与观察组(50例,袋鼠式护理结合5分钟口腔运动干预)。比较各组吸吮频率、吸吮效率、喂养过渡时间及住院时长。对照组行常规护理,观察组叠加袋鼠式护理与母乳口腔运动干预,比较患者吸吮频率、吸吮效率、喂养过渡时间及住院时长。结果 观察组吸吮频率(39.9±4.2)次/min、吸吮效率(8.3±1.5)mL/min显著优于对照组,喂养过渡时间(7.2±1.3)d及住院时长(7.1±3.2)d显著短于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 该联合干预可改善早产儿吸吮功能、缩短喂养过渡与住院时间。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of kangaroo care combined with different durations of breast milk oral motor intervention on sucking function and feeding progress in preterm infants.
Methods The research subjects were selected from premature infants admitted to the Neonatal Department of Changning District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shanghai from January 2024 to January 2026. A total of 100 cases were included. Using the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (50 cases, with only 5-minute oral movement intervention) and the observation group (50 cases, with kangaroo care combined with 5-minute oral movement intervention). The sucking frequency, sucking efficiency, feeding transition time, and hospital stay of each group were compared. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received additional kangaroo care and breast milk oral movement intervention. The sucking frequency, sucking efficiency, feeding transition time, and hospital stay of the patients were compared.
Results The sucking frequency (39.9 ± 4.2) times/min and sucking efficiency (8.3 ± 1.5) mL/min in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The feeding transition time (7.2 ± 1.3) days and the hospital stay duration (7.1 ± 3.2) days were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   This combined intervention can improve sucking function in preterm infants, shorten feeding transition time and hospital stay.
