Nursing management and prevention of complications after three-incision esophagectomy
食管三切口手术后并发症的护理管理与防控

摘要

目的 探究食管三切口手术后并发症的针对性护理管理与防控策略，提升术后护理质量，降低并发症发生率。方法 选取2024年9月-2025年12月收治的6例食管三切口手术患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组，各3例。对照组采用常规术后护理，实验组实施创新型护理管理模式。结果 实验组术后肺部感染、吻合口瘘、喉返神经损伤等并发症发生率显著低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 食管三切口手术后实施创新型护理管理与防控策略，可有效降低并发症发生率，提升患者护理满意度，缩短住院周期，具临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore targeted nursing management and prevention strategies for complications after three-incision esophagectomy, improve post-operative nursing quality, and reduce complication rates.
Methods A total of 6 patients who underwent three-incision esophagectomy and were admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using the random number table method, with 3 cases in each group. The control group received routine post-operative nursing, while the experimental group implemented an innovative nursing management model.
Results The incidence of complications such as postoperative pulmonary infection, anastomotic leakage, and recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the hospital stay days was shorter than that in the control group. All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementation of an innovative nursing management and prevention strategy after three-incision esophagectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient nursing satisfaction, shorten the hospital stay, and has clinical promotion value.
