摘要
目的 研发一款适配临床场景的医用轮椅体重秤,解决传统体重秤对行动不便、卧床及术后轮椅出行患者的体重测量难题,提升临床体重检测的便捷性、准确性与安全性。方法 结合临床实际应用痛点,设计集轮椅适配、精准称重、安全防护、便捷操作于一体的医用轮椅体重秤结构,包含称重承载模块、轮椅定位固定模块及数据显示传输模块,通过结构优化实现轮椅直接上秤测量。结果 该医用轮椅体重秤可实现轮椅患者无转移称重,测量误差控制在临床允许范围,定位固定结构保障测量过程安全,操作流程适配医护人员临床工作习惯。结论 医用轮椅体重秤的结构设计贴合临床实际需求,在血透室、病房或者体检中心等需要给坐轮椅人群测量体重的部门,具有较高的应用价值,可提升临床体重检测效率,减轻医护人员工作负担,保障患者就医安全。

Abstract
Objective To develop a medical wheelchair scale tailored for clinical settings, addressing the challenges of traditional scale measurements for patients with mobility impairments, bedridden individuals, and postoperative wheelchair users, thereby enhancing the convenience, accuracy, and safety of clinical weight assessment. Methods Based on clinical application pain points, a medical wheelchair scale was designed to integrate wheelchair adaptation, precise weighing, safety protection, and user-friendly operation. The structure comprises a weighing load-bearing module, a wheelchair positioning and fixation module, and a data display and transmission module, enabling direct wheelchair measurement through structural optimization. Results This medical wheelchair scale allows for non-transfer weighing of wheelchair-bound patients, with measurement errors controlled within clinically acceptable limits. The positioning and fixation structure ensures safety during measurement, while the operational workflow aligns with the clinical habits of healthcare professionals. Conclusion The structural design of the medical wheelchair scale meets practical clinical needs. It holds significant application value in departments requiring wheelchair-based weight measurement, such as hemodialysis rooms, wards, or physical examination centers. This solution improves clinical weight assessment efficiency, reduces the workload of healthcare personnel, and ensures patient safety during medical visits.
