Value analysis of holistic emergency care in improving the treatment effectiveness of critically ill patients in the emergency department
整体性急诊急救护理提升急诊危重症患者救治效果的价值分析

摘要

目的 探析整体性急诊急救护理运用于急诊危重症患者救治中的效果。方法 自2025年2月起，本院开始收集急诊救治危重症的病例资料，至2026年2月止共纳入88例，通过盲选法平均分组。一组44例开展常规护理作为参照组；一组44例开展整体性急诊急救护理作为实验组。对比两组急救时间、分诊时间以及护理满意度等情况。结果 实验组院前急救时间、分诊时间、急救时间等指标均较参照组明显偏低（P<0.05）。实验组护理满意度为97.73%较参照组的84.09%明显偏高（P<0.05）。结论 整体性急诊急救护理运用于急诊危重症患者救治中，可有效缩短急救时间，抢救效率明显提升，整体护理满意度较高，应积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of holistic emergency nursing in the treatment of critically ill patients in the emergency department.
Methods Starting from February 2025, our hospital began to collect case data on emergency treatment of critically ill patients. By February 2026, a total of 88 cases were included and evenly divided through blind selection. A group of 44 patients received routine nursing as the reference group; A group of 44 patients received comprehensive emergency nursing as the experimental group. Compare the first aid time, triage time, and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results The indicators of pre hospital emergency time, triage time, and emergency time in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.73%, which was significantly higher than the reference group's 84.09% (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of holistic emergency nursing in the treatment of critically ill patients can effectively shorten the emergency time, significantly improve rescue efficiency, and increase overall nursing satisfaction. It should be actively promoted.
