A tracking study on the reconstruction of occupational identity of needlestick injury nursing staff through group sand table games
团体沙盘游戏对针刺伤护理人员职业认同感重建的追踪研究

摘要

目的 观察在对针刺伤护理人员实施团体沙盘游戏对其职业认同感重建作用。方法 按照随机性纳入原则，在2023年1-12月南通市第一人民医院实习护士30名。按照随机抽样选择的方式划分为2组，对照组进行常规治疗未进行心理层面干预，观察组在治疗后则进行团体沙盘游戏治疗进行心理干预。对两组干预前后症状自评量表评分、负面心理评分进行对比。结果 症状自评量表评分，观察组干预后低于对照组（P<0.05）。负面心理评分，观察组干预后低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在对针刺伤护理人员进行干预的过程中在完成常规治疗后对护理人员进行团体沙盘游戏，提供心理层面支持，可以起到对护理人员职业认同感重建的作用，缓解护理人员心理压力。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of group sand table games on the reconstruction of professional identity among nursing staff who suffer from needlestick injuries.
Methods According to the principle of random inclusion, 30 intern nurses from Nantong First People's Hospital were selected from January to December 2023. Divided into two groups according to random sampling, the control group received routine treatment without psychological intervention, while the observation group received group sand table game therapy for psychological intervention after treatment. Compare the symptom self-assessment scale scores and negative psychological scores of two groups before and after intervention.
Results The scores of the symptom self-assessment scale were lower in the observation group after intervention compared to the control group (P<0.05). Negative psychological scores were lower in the observation group after intervention compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of intervening in nursing staff for needlestick injuries, group sand table games can provide psychological support to nursing staff after completing routine treatment, which can help rebuild their professional identity and alleviate their psychological pressure.
