Evaluation of the effectiveness of preventive contact isolation bundling measures in preventing and controlling multi drug resistant bacterial infections in ICU
预防性接触隔离集束化措施对ICU多重耐药菌感染防控效果评估

摘要

目的 探讨预防性接触隔离集束化措施对重症加强护理病房（ICU）多重耐药菌感染防控效果。方法 选择在2025年2月-2026年2月期间于本医院ICU进行治疗的200例患者作为研究对象，采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组别共涵盖患者100例，对照组患者采用常规感染防控措施，观察组采取预防性接触隔离集束化措施，以此比较两组患者隔离措施实施评分、感染发生率、定植率。结果 观察组患者的隔离措施实施评分较高（P＜0.05）；观察组的感染发生率较低（P＜0.05）；观察组的检出时间更长（P＜0.05）；观察组的定植率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 预防性接触隔离集束化措施能够有效提升ICU多重耐药菌感染防控质量，降低感染发生率和定植率，隔离措施实施更完善，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of preventive contact isolation and bundling measures on the prevention and control of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) multidrug-resistant bacterial infections.
Methods 200 patients treated in the ICU of our hospital from February 2025 to February 2026 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method, with a total of 100 patients in each group. The control group received routine infection prevention and control measures, while the observation group received preventive contact isolation and bundling measures. The isolation measures implementation scores, infection incidence rates, and colonization rates of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The observation group had a higher score for implementing isolation measures (P<0.05); The incidence of infection in the observation group was relatively low (P<0.05); The detection time of the observation group was longer (P<0.05); The colonization rate of the observation group was lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The bundled measures of preventive contact isolation can effectively improve the quality of ICU multi drug resistant bacterial infection prevention and control, reduce the incidence and colonization rate of infection, and improve the implementation of isolation measures, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
