Analysis of the application value of perioperative detailed nursing in free flap reconstruction surgery for the oral and maxillofacial region
手术室细节护理在口腔颌面部游离皮瓣修复手术中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 观察在进行口腔颌面部游离皮瓣修复手术护理过程中开展手术室细节护理的作用。方法 前瞻性纳入2025年3月-10月口腔颌面部游离皮瓣修复手术患者76例，数字表随机抽样均分2组，对照组（38例）进行常规手术室护理，观察组（38例）则进行手术室细节护理。对两组手术期间皮瓣温度、术后并发症进行统计。结果 针对两组围术期皮瓣温度测量，观察组温度高于对照组（P<0.05）。术后并发症发生率，观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在对口腔颌面部游离皮瓣修复手术患者进行手术期间护理的过程中开展手术室细节护理，可以改善患者在手术期间皮瓣温度，降低术后并发症发生率，有助于患者术后恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of implementing detailed operating room nursing care during the nursing process of oral and maxillofacial free flap repair surgery.
Methods A prospective study was conducted involving 76 patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial free flap repair surgery from March to October 2025. Randomized allocation using a random number table divided them into two groups: the control group (38 cases) received conventional operating room nursing care, while the observation group (38 cases) received detailed operating room nursing care. The flap temperature during surgery and postoperative complications were recorded and analyzed in both groups.
Results Regarding perioperative flap temperature measurement, the observation group showed higher temperatures than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing detailed operating room nursing care during the perioperative period for patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial free flap repair surgery can improve flap temperature during surgery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and facilitate patient recovery.
