摘要
目的 探究分析以学生为中心教学模式在胃肠外科护理实习教学中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2024年12月至2025年12月期间，院内38例胃肠外科护理实习生资料，其中2024年12月至2025年5月的19例实习生接受常规教学，作为对照组。2025年6月至2025年12月的19例实习生接受以学生为中心教学模式，作为观察组。对比两组评判性思维能力及考核成绩。结果 教学后观察组评判性思维能力测量表（CTDI-CV）评分、理论知识、实践技能考核成绩高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 以学生为中心教学模式不仅可显著提升实习生学习效果，同时对于改善实习生评判性思维能力具有积极的意义，值得推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of student-centered teaching mode in gastrointestinal surgery nursing internship teaching. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 38 gastrointestinal nursing interns in the hospital from December 2024 to December 2025. Among them, 19 interns who received routine teaching from December 2024 to May 2025 served as the control group. 19 interns from June 2025 to December 2025 received student-centered teaching mode as the observation group. Compare the critical thinking abilities and assessment scores of two groups. Results After teaching, the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CTDI-CV) score, theoretical knowledge, and practical skills assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion The student-centered teaching model not only significantly improves the learning effectiveness of interns, but also has a positive significance in improving their critical thinking ability, which is worth promoting and applying.
