Clinical effect of comfort care intervention in patients with gastric tube retention after endoscopic mucosal dissection surgery
舒适护理干预在内镜下黏膜剥离术后留置胃管患者中的临床效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨舒适护理干预在内镜下黏膜剥离术后留置胃管患者中的临床效果。方法 本研究选择2025年1月-2026年1月期间在本医院接受镜下黏膜剥离术后留置胃管的患者122例，研究采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，即两组中均分配到61例患者，对照组的患者采用常规护理模式。观察组患者采取舒适护理干预。以此比较两组患者胃管留置期间的不适感评分、胃管留置时间和住院时间、并发症发生率和干预满意度。结果 观察组患者的不适感评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的胃管留置时间和住院时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的并发症发生人数和并发症发生率均显示更低（P＜0.05）；观察组患者对护理干预的满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 舒适护理干预在内镜下黏膜剥离术后留置胃管患者中的临床效果十分显著，能够有效缓解患者的不适感，缩短胃管的留置时间和住院时间，降低并发症发生率，提高干预满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing intervention in patients with gastric tube retention after endoscopic mucosal dissection.
Methods This study selected 122 patients who underwent endoscopic mucosal dissection and had gastric tubes placed in our hospital from January 2025 to January 2026. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method, with 61 patients assigned to each group. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group patients received comfort care interventions. Compare the discomfort scores, duration of gastric tube placement and hospitalization, incidence of complications, and intervention satisfaction between two groups of patients during gastric tube placement.
Results The discomfort score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The gastric tube retention time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); The number and incidence of complications in the observation group were both lower (P<0.05); The satisfaction score of the observation group patients with nursing interventions was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comfort nursing intervention has a significant clinical effect on patients with gastric tube placement after endoscopic mucosal dissection surgery. It can effectively alleviate patients’ discomfort, shorten the duration of gastric tube placement and hospitalization, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve intervention satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
