The effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion
腰椎间盘突出症的中医康复护理效果

摘要

目的 分析中医康复护理用于腰椎间盘突出症所起到的作用。方法 随机均分2024年1月-2024年12月本院接诊腰椎间盘突出症病人（n=64）。试验组采取中医康复护理，对照组行常规护理。对比腰痛功能评分量表（JOA）评分等指标。结果 关于JOA评分：干预后，试验组（25.91±1.84）分，对照组（20.45±1.37）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分：干预后，试验组（1.59±0.42）分，对照组（2.89±0.74）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。总有效率：试验组93.75%，对照组75.0%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 腰椎间盘突出症用中医康复护理，效果显著，腰椎功能改善情况也更好，疼痛感减轻更为迅速。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese rehabilitation nursing on lumbar disc herniation.
Methods From January 2024 to December 2024, 64 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received traditional Chinese rehabilitation nursing, while the control group received routine nursing. The Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score and other indicators were compared.
Results Regarding the JOA score: After the intervention, the score of the experimental group was (25.91 ± 1.84) points, and that of the control group was (20.45 ± 1.37) points, with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score: After the intervention, the score of the experimental group was (1.59 ± 0.42) points, and that of the control group was (2.89 ± 0.74) points, with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Total effective rate: The experimental group had a 93.75% effective rate, while the control group had a 75.0%, with a significant difference (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Traditional Chinese rehabilitation nursing for lumbar disc herniation has a significant effect, and the improvement of lumbar function is better, and the pain relief is more rapid.
