Exploration of the role and effectiveness of hemodialysis nurses in implementing safe injection standards
血透护士在安全注射标准实施中的角色与成效探讨

摘要

目的 探讨血透护士在血液透析中心安全注射标准实施中的核心角色及应用成效。方法 结合血透中心安全注射实际情况，选取实施前（2025年1月-6月）和实施后（2025年7月-12月）血液透析患者的注射操作相关数据为研究对象，统计中心现有护士8名（3男5女）的注射操作合规与不良事件发生情况。结果 实施后血透室注射操作有10620次、合规率为98.33%，显著高于实施前的81.67%（8820次），P<0.05；实施后注射相关不良事件发生率为1.67%（穿刺部位感染18次、渗血/血肿90次、药液外渗54次、针头滑脱18次），显著低于实施前的10.00%（穿刺部位感染108次、渗血/血肿540次、药液外渗324次、针头滑脱108次），P<0.05。结论 血透护士在安全注射标准实施中承担着执行、监督、培训、质控的核心角色，在精细化分工后能够提高注射合规性与控制不良事件的发生，显著保障了患者诊疗的安全性。

Abstract

Objective To explore the core role and application effectiveness of hemodialysis nurses in the implementation of safe injection standards in hemodialysis centers.
Methods Based on the actual situation of safe injection in the hemodialysis center, injection operation related data of hemodialysis patients before implementation (January June 2025) and after implementation (July December 2025) were selected as the research objects. The compliance of injection operations and the occurrence of adverse events among 8 existing nurses (3 males and 5 females) in the center were statistically analyzed.
Results After implementation, there were 10620 injection operations in the hemodialysis room, with a compliance rate of 98.33%, significantly higher than the 81.67% (8820) before implementation, P<0.05; The incidence of injection related adverse events after implementation was 1.67% (18 puncture site infections, 90 bleeding/hematoma, 54 drug extravasation, and 18 needle slippage), significantly lower than the pre implementation rate of 10.00% (108 puncture site infections, 540 bleeding/hematoma, 324 drug extravasation, and 108 needle slippage), P<0.05.
Conclusion   Hemodialysis nurses play a core role in implementing safety injection standards, including execution, supervision, training, and quality control. With refined division of labor, they can improve injection compliance and control the occurrence of adverse events, significantly ensuring the safety of patient diagnosis and treatment.
