摘要
目的 探讨空气消毒机联合呼吸道隔离护理在肺部感染患者中的防控效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2026年1月我院收治的20例肺部感染患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组10例。对照组采用常规呼吸道隔离护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用空气消毒机持续净化病房空气。比较两组患者病房空气细菌菌落数、感染控制相关指标。结果 干预后,观察组病房空气细菌菌落数在干预第3天、第7天、第14天均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,交叉感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 空气消毒机联合呼吸道隔离护理能有效降低肺部感染患者病房空气细菌菌落数,缩短临床症状恢复时间,减少交叉感染发生。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of air disinfection machine combined with respiratory isolation nursing in preventing and controlling infections in patients with pulmonary infections. Methods From January 2023 to January 2026, 20 patients with pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 10 cases in each group. The control group received conventional respiratory isolation nursing, while the observation group was additionally treated with an air disinfector for continuous air purification in the ward. The bacterial colony count in the ward air and infection control-related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the bacterial colony counts in the observation group’s ward air were significantly lower than those in the control group on days 3, 7, and 14 after the intervention (P<0.05). The observation group also showed shorter time to normal body temperature, disappearance of cough, and hospital stay, with a lower incidence of cross-infection compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of air disinfection machine and respiratory isolation nursing can effectively reduce bacterial colony counts in the ward air of patients with pulmonary infections, shorten the time for clinical symptom recovery, and reduce the incidence of cross-infection.
