The application of trinity multi-dimensional collaborative intervention in patients with dysphagia after stroke with nasogastric tube placement
三位一体多维协同干预在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者置鼻胃管的应用

摘要

目的 探讨三位一体多维协同干预在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者置鼻胃管的应用效果。方法 选取42例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,采用自身对照研究设计,比较患者在接受三位一体多维协同干预前及干预12周后多项指标的差异,包括吞咽功能、置管时间、一次性置管成功率、置管不良反应、生活质量以及患者满意度。结果 干预后,患者吞咽功能较干预前显著改善(P<0.05),置管时间较前缩短(P<0.05),一次性置管成功率较前提高(P<0.05),置管不良反应较前减少(P<0.05),患者生活质量较前提升(P<0.05),患者满意度较前提高(P<0.05)。结论 三位一体多维协同干预能有效改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,缩短置管时间,提高一次性置管成功率,减少置管不良反应,进而提升患者的生活质量和满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of trinity multi-dimensional collaborative intervention in patients with dysphagia after stroke who have nasogastric tubes placed.
Methods 42 stroke patients with swallowing disorders were selected as the research subjects, and a self controlled study design was used to compare the differences in multiple indicators, including swallowing function, catheterization time, one-time catheterization success rate, catheterization adverse reactions, quality of life, and patient satisfaction, before and 12 weeks after receiving the trinity multi-dimensional collaborative intervention.
Results After intervention, the patient's swallowing function significantly improved compared to before intervention (P<0.05), the catheterization time was shortened compared to before intervention (P<0.05), the success rate of one-time catheterization increased compared to before intervention (P<0.05), the adverse reactions of catheterization decreased compared to before intervention (P<0.05), the patient’s quality of life improved compared to before intervention (P<0.05), and patient satisfaction increased compared to before intervention (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Trinity-in-one multi-dimensional collaborative intervention can effectively improve the swallowing function of stroke patients with swallowing disorders, shorten the catheterization time, increase the success rate of one-time catheterization, reduce adverse reactions of catheterization, and thereby enhance the quality of life and satisfaction of patients. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
