摘要
目的 分析重症肺炎护理中采用综合护理干预的应用价值及对生活质量的影响。方法 选取本院2025年1月-2025年12月收治的68例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象，以随机数字表法分成常规组和试验组，每组34例。其中常规组给予常规护理，试验组采取综合护理。对两组肺功能指标及生活质量进行评价。结果 相比较常规组，试验组肺功能指标显优（P<0.05），生活质量显高（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理在重症肺炎护理中可对患者肺功能起到明显的改善效果，提高其生活质量，该方法值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the care of severe pneumonia and its impact on quality of life. Methods A total of 68 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a conventional group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 34 patients in each group. The conventional group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Pulmonary function indicators and quality of life were evaluated in both groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group showed significant improvement in pulmonary function indicators (P < 0.05) and higher quality of life (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve pulmonary function and enhance quality of life in patients with severe pneumonia, making it worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing practice.
