Study on the effectiveness of predictive nursing combined with enhanced recovery after surgery concept in elderly perioperative patients undergoing cardiac surgery
预见性护理结合加速康复外科理念在老年心脏外科围术期患者中的成效研究

摘要

目的 探讨预见性护理联合加速康复外科（ERAS）理念在老年心脏外科围术期患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年2月1日-2025年2月1日我院心脏外科收治的老年手术患者76例，按随机数字表法分为对照组与实施组各38例。对照组采用围术期常规护理，实施组采用预见性护理+ERAS理念联合干预。观察指标为术后康复指标、并发症发生率、心功能相关指标、护理满意度，共4项并进行统计学分析。结果 实施组术后首次下床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组；并发症发生率低于对照组；心功能指标优于对照组；护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 预见性护理结合ERAS理念可加速老年心脏外科患者术后康复，降低并发症风险，改善心功能，提升护理满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of predictive nursing combined with enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in elderly perioperative patients undergoing cardiac surgery.
Methods 76 elderly surgical patients admitted to the Department of Cardiac Surgery of our hospital from February 1, 2024 to February 1, 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an implementation group, with 38 patients in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine perioperative care, while the implementation group received a combined intervention of predictive care and ERAS concept. The observation indicators include postoperative rehabilitation indicators, incidence of complications, cardiac function related indicators, and nursing satisfaction, totaling 4 items, and statistical analysis is conducted.
Results The implementation group had shorter postoperative first time out of bed, anal exhaust time, and hospitalization time compared to the control group; The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group; Heart function indicators were superior to the control group; The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of predictive nursing and ERAS concept can accelerate the postoperative recovery of elderly cardiac surgery patients, reduce the risk of complications, improve cardiac function, and enhance nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
