The impact of whole-process nursing intervention on blood glucose control and quality of life in patients undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery
全程护理干预对胰腺癌手术患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨全程护理干预在胰腺癌手术患者中的应用效果，分析其对患者血糖控制水平及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2025年1月至2025年12月我院收治的100例胰腺癌手术患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组增加全程护理干预3个月。比较两组血糖指标、生活质量和临床指标。结果 干预前两组各项指标无差异；干预后观察组血糖水平更低，生活质量评分更高，症状评分更低，并发症更少，血糖达标时间和住院时间更短，差异均显著。结论 全程护理可改善胰腺癌手术患者血糖代谢，促进血糖稳定，降低并发症风险，提升生活质量，加快康复，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of whole-process nursing intervention in patients undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery and analyze its impact on the blood glucose control level and quality of life of patients.
Methods 100 patients with pancreatic cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received additional whole-process nursing intervention for 3 months. The blood glucose indicators, quality of life and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.
Results Before the intervention, there was no difference in all indicators between the two groups; after the intervention, the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower, the quality of life score was higher, the symptom score was lower, the complications were fewer, the time to achieve blood glucose control and the length of hospital stay were shorter, and the differences were all significant.
Conclusion   Whole-process nursing can improve the blood glucose metabolism of patients undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery, promote blood glucose stability, reduce the risk of complications, improve the quality of life, accelerate recovery, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
