Analysis of the application effect of individual centered perioperative nursing in patients with gallstones after surgery
胆结石术后患者中以个体为中心的围手术期护理的运用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨以个体为中心的围手术期护理在胆结石术后患者中的运用效果。方法 选取2025年1-12月88例胆结石手术患者，分为对照组与观察组各44例，对照组行常规围手术期护理，观察组行以个体为中心的围手术期护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组术后疼痛评分（2.15±0.68）分、并发症发生率4.55%，均低于对照组（4.32±0.89）分、18.18%，护理满意度95.45%高于对照组79.55%（P<0.05）。结论 以个体为中心的围手术期护理可减轻胆结石术后患者疼痛，降低并发症发生率，提升护理满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of individual centered perioperative nursing in postoperative patients with gallstones.
Methods 88 patients undergoing gallstones surgery from January to December 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, with 44 patients in each group. The control group received routine perioperative care, while the observation group received individual centered perioperative care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The postoperative pain score (2.15 ± 0.68) and incidence of complications in the observation group were 4.55%, which were lower than those in the control group (4.32 ± 0.89) and 18.18%, respectively. The nursing satisfaction rate was 95.45%, which was higher than that of the control group (79.55%, P<0.05).
Conclusion   Individual centered perioperative nursing can alleviate postoperative pain in patients with gallstones, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
