Evaluation of the effect of hierarchical responsibility nursing intervention on emergency response time and complications in patients with multiple injuries in the emergency department
急诊多发伤患者运用层级责任制护理干预对急救时间及并发症的作用评估

摘要

目的 本文旨在探讨层级责任制护理对急诊多发伤患者急救时间及并发症的影响，以提高急诊抢救成功率。方法 抽取近一年期间我院急诊部门收治的158例多发伤患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为常规组与实验组，各组患者79例，分别给予急诊常规护理与层级责任制护理干预，比较两种护理效果。结果 实验组患者各项急救时间指标均短于常规组（P＜0.05），并发症发生率8.86%远低于常规组患者并发症发生率26.58%，两组各项数据均具有显著性差异（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 急诊治疗多发伤患者中，实施层级责任制护理干预，护理效果表现理想，可有效缩短急救时间，降低并发症发生，利于患者预后，可全面推广应用。

Abstract

Objective This article mainly studies the impact of hierarchical responsibility nursing on emergency response time and the occurrence of complications in patients with multiple injuries, in order to improve the emergency rescue rate.
Methods A total of 158 patients with multiple injuries admitted to the emergency department of our hospital in the past year were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a routine group and an experimental group, with 79 patients in each group. Emergency routine nursing and hierarchical responsibility nursing interventions were given to each group, and the effects of the two nursing interventions were compared.
Results The emergency time indicators of the experimental group patients were shorter than those of the conventional group (P＜0.05); the incidence of complications was 8.86%, which was much lower than the incidence of complications in the conventional group (26.58%). There were significant differences in all data between the two groups (P＜0.05), with statistical significance.
Conclusion   In the emergency treatment of patients with multiple injuries, implementing a hierarchical responsibility nursing intervention can achieve ideal nursing effects, effectively shorten emergency time, reduce the occurrence of complications, and benefit patient prognosis. It can be widely promoted and applied.
