摘要
本文基于青年科技人才重要论述的重要要义，对护理学专业学生创新创业使命感培育的理论基础及现实意义进行梳理，分析目前培育工作中存在的问题，并提出针对性培育路径，为高等护理院校强化创新创业使命感教育、培养兼具专业素养与使命担当的青年护理科技人才提供有力参考。

Abstract
Based on the key principles of the important discourse on young scientific and technological talents, this paper reviews the theoretical foundation and practical significance of fostering a sense of mission in innovation and entrepreneurship among nursing students. It analyzes existing issues in current cultivation efforts and proposes targeted approaches, providing valuable reference for higher nursing institutions to strengthen mission-driven education in innovation and entrepreneurship, and to cultivate young nursing scientific and technological talents with both professional competence and a sense of responsibility.
