Analysis of the effect of bundled nursing on catheter-related bloodstream infections and blood culture testing rates in ICU patients undergoing catheterization
集束化护理对ICU置管患者导管相关血流感染和血培养送检率的作用分析

摘要

目的 本文主要研究针对ICU置管患者，应用集束化护理干预，对导管相关血流感染和血培养送检率的影响。方法 选择近两年前往我院治疗的144例ICU置管患者作为研究对象，根据患者及家属意愿，将其分为常规组与研究组，各组患者72例，分别给予常规护理与集束化护理干预，比较两组患者护理效果。结果 研究组患者相比较于常规组患者，心理状态与生存质量更优，置管时间与住院时间更短，血流感染发生率更低，血流感染发生事件更晚，血流感染持续时间更短，血培养送检率更低，护理满意度更高，两组各项数据差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 针对ICU置管患者在开展护理工作中，实施集束化护理干预，临床护理效果显著，可有效降低患者血流感染率与血培养送检率，利于缩短置管时间与住院时间，患者及家属护理满意度，减少护患纠纷的发生，可全面推广。

Abstract

Objective This article mainly studies the effects of bundle nursing intervention on catheter-related bloodstream infections and blood culture test rates in ICU patients undergoing catheterization.
Methods 144 ICU patients who have been treated in our hospital in the past two years were selected as the research subjects. According to the wishes of the patients and their families, they were divided into a conventional group and a study group, with 72 patients in each group receiving conventional nursing and bundled nursing interventions, respectively. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the patients in the study group had better psychological status and quality of life, shorter catheterization and hospitalization time, lower incidence of bloodstream infections, later occurrence of bloodstream infection events, shorter duration of bloodstream infections, lower blood culture and testing rate, and higher nursing satisfaction. There were significant differences in various data between the two groups of patients, (P＜0.05), Has statistical significance.
Conclusion   Implementing bundled nursing interventions for ICU catheterization patients has significant clinical nursing effects, effectively reducing the incidence of bloodstream infections and blood culture testing rates, shortening catheterization and hospitalization time, increasing patient and family satisfaction with nursing care, and reducing the occurrence of nurse patient disputes. This approach can be widely promoted.
