Clinical significance of implementing rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing thyroid surgery during the perioperative period
甲状腺围术期患者实施快速康复外科护理的临床意义研究

摘要

目的 分析甲状腺围术期患者实施快速康复外科护理的临床意义。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月我院收治的甲状腺围术期患者80例，按照不同护理方式分为两组，对比常规护理（对照组，n=40）与快速康复外科护理（观察组，n=40）的临床效果。结果 观察组进食、下床活动、置管引流以及住院时间均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组干预后心理状态评分、疼痛程度评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 甲状腺围术期患者实施快速康复外科护理，可以减轻心理负面情绪，缓解术后疼痛程度，降低并发症风险，缩短患者术后恢复时间。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of implementing rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing thyroid surgery during the perioperative period.
Methods 80 thyroid perioperative patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The clinical effects of conventional nursing (control group, n=40) and rapid recovery surgical nursing (observation group, n=40) were compared.
Results The observation group had shorter times to oral intake, ambulation and catheter drainage, as well as shorter hospital stay than the control group (P<0.05); The psychological state score and pain level score of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing thyroid surgery can alleviate negative psychological emotions, alleviate postoperative pain, reduce the risk of complications, and shorten the patient's postoperative recovery time.
