Clinical value of high-quality nursing management intervention after hysteroscopy surgery
宫腔镜术后优质护理管理模式干预的临床价值研究

摘要

目的 探究优质护理管理模式在宫腔镜术后患者护理中的应用效果及临床价值。方法 选取2025年11月-2026年2月于我院接受宫腔镜手术的患者120例，分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组实施常规术后护理，观察组采用优质护理管理模式，包括术前个性化健康宣教、术中全程舒适护理、术后精细化康复指导及并发症预防干预。比较两组患者的并发症发生率及干预后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分。结果 观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组；干预后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理管理模式应用于宫腔镜术后护理中，可加速患者康复进程，降低术后并发症发生率，改善患者心理状态，提高护理满意度，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect and clinical value of high-quality nursing management mode in the nursing of patients after hysteroscopy surgery.
Methods 120 patients who underwent hysteroscopy surgery in our hospital from November 2025 to February 2026 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine postoperative care, while the observation group received high-quality nursing management, including personalized health education before surgery, comfortable care throughout the operation, refined rehabilitation guidance after surgery, and intervention to prevent complications. Compare the incidence of complications and Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores after intervention between two groups of patients.
Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group; After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of high-quality nursing management mode in hysteroscopic postoperative nursing can accelerate the patient’s recovery process, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the patient’s psychological state, and enhance nursing satisfaction, with high clinical promotion value.
