Application of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol in preventing chemotherapy-induced phlebitis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients
云南白药气雾剂在预防鼻咽癌患者化疗性静脉炎中的应用

摘要

目的 研究云南白药气雾剂在预防鼻咽癌患者化疗性静脉炎中的应用。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月我院肿瘤科接受非发疱性药物化疗的鼻咽癌患者100例随机分2组，每组50例。对照组使用喜辽妥软膏外涂，观察组外喷云南白药气雾剂，评价及对比两组药物预防静脉炎的效果。结果 两组药物预防静脉炎分级和出现时间、疼痛和外用药物皮肤的不良反应差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 云南白药气雾剂和喜辽妥的疗效相当，安全性好，价格便宜，货源充足，是喜辽妥的平替，为预防静脉炎提供科学依据。

Abstract

Objective To study the application of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol in preventing chemotherapy-induced phlebitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 100 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received non-irritating drug chemotherapy in the oncology department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group used Xiladuo ointment for external application, while the observation group used Yunnan Baiyao aerosol for external spraying. The effects of the two drugs in preventing phlebitis were evaluated and compared.
Results There were no statistically significant differences in the grading and onset time of phlebitis, pain, and adverse reactions of the external use of the drugs on the skin between the two groups (P > 0.05).
Conclusion   The efficacy of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol and Xiladuo is comparable, with good safety, low price, sufficient supply, and it can be a substitute for Xiladuo. It provides a scientific basis for preventing phlebitis.
