摘要
目的 探讨在供应室实施优质护理，对于提升消毒灭菌质量和降低院内感染率的意义。方法 实施优质护理前（2024年1-12月，n=100），实施优质护理后（2025年1-12月，n=100）。并通过建立质量控制小组、针对性服务、强化人员培训等方式开展优质护理。结果 实施后消毒合格率、灭菌合格率等均高于实施前；实施后院内感染率为1.00%，低于实施前的16.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 供应室护理工作中实施优质护理能够提升消毒灭菌质量，控制院内感染率，对于提升整体护理质量具有意义。

Abstract
Objective To explore the significance of implementing high-quality nursing in the supply room for improving disinfection and sterilization quality and reducing in-hospital infection rates. Methods Before implementing high-quality nursing (January-December 2024, n=100), and after implementing high-quality nursing (January-December 2025, n=100). And carry out high-quality nursing through establishing quality control teams, targeted services, and strengthening personnel training. Results After implementation, the disinfection and sterilization qualification rates were higher than before implementation; The in-hospital infection rate after implementation was 1.00%, which was lower than the pre-implementation rate of 16.00% (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing high-quality nursing in the supply room nursing work can improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization, control the in-hospital infection rate, and is of great significance for improving the overall nursing quality.
