Analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy combined with exercise program on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention
中医综合疗法结合运动方案对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者心脏康复的作用分析

摘要

目的 探析中医综合疗法结合运动方案对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者心脏康复的作用效果。方法 自2025年3月起，本院开始收集经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗冠心病的病例资料，至2026年3月止共纳入56例，通过双盲法平均分组。一组28例进行常规西医治疗作为参照组；一组28例进行中医综合疗法结合运动方案治疗作为研究组。对比两组心功能及心肌缺血再灌注等指标康复情况。结果 研究组左心室射血分数、每搏输出量均较参照组明显偏高（P<0.05）；而左室收缩末期及舒张末期内径均较参照组明显偏低（P<0.05）。研究组心肌缺血再灌注情况较参照组具有明显优势（P<0.05）。结论 中医综合疗法结合运动方案运用于冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者中，可有效改善心功能，降低心肌缺血再灌注，心脏康复效果更显著，应积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy combined with exercise program on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention.
Methods Starting from March 2025, our hospital began collecting case data on percutaneous coronary intervention for the treatment of coronary heart disease. By March 2026, a total of 56 cases were included and evenly divided into two groups using a double-blind method. A group of 28 patients received conventional Western medicine treatment as the reference group; A group of 28 cases were treated with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy and exercise program as the research group. Compare the rehabilitation status of cardiac function and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion indicators between two groups.
Results The left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke volume in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05); The left ventricular end systolic and end diastolic diameters were significantly lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The research group showed a significant advantage in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion compared to the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy and exercise program can effectively improve cardiac function, reduce myocardial ischemia-reperfusion, and achieve more significant cardiac rehabilitation effects in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention. It should be actively promoted.
