摘要
目的 分析在老年病科患者中开展中医适宜技术对护理服务质量的影响。方法 随机选取2025年2月1日-2026年2月1日期间我院老年病科接收的患者80例作为研究对象，分组采取随机数字表法，共分成观察组和对照组，每组各有患者40例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上添加中医适宜技术干预，将两组护理效果进行对比分析。结果 护理后，观察组的护理服务质量与对照组相比均得到显著提升，老年病控制效果优于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，最终生活质量与对照组相比明显提高（P＜0.05）。结论 将技术应用于老年病科患者护理管理中，可有效提高临床护理服务质量，增强患者的遵医行为和自我管理能力，提高老年病控制效果，减轻患者病痛折磨，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of applying traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques on the quality of nursing services in the geriatric department. Methods 80 patients admitted to the geriatric department of our hospital from February 1, 2025 to February 1, 2026 were randomly selected as the research subjects. Grouping was conducted using the random number table method, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received additional intervention of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques on the basis of routine care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, the quality of nursing services in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group. The control effect of the geriatric disease was better than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the final quality of life was significantly improved compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying techniques to the nursing management of patients in the geriatric department can effectively improve the clinical nursing service quality, enhance patients’ compliance with medical advice and self-management ability, improve the control effect of geriatric diseases, alleviate patients’ suffering, and improve the quality of life of patients.
