The effect of warm-yang cupping therapy intervention on symptom improvement in patients with spleen and stomach deficiency-cold syndrome
温阳罐护理干预对脾胃虚寒型患者症状改善的影响

摘要

目的 探讨温阳罐护理干预对脾胃虚寒型患者的症状改善效果及中医护理作用机制。方法 回顾性选取2025年4月17日-12月10日383例接受温阳罐护理的脾胃虚寒型患者，对比干预前后中医证候积分变化，评定综合疗效。结果 患者共接受干预1325次，人均（3.46±1.67）次；治疗后食欲不振、腹部冷痛、大便稀溏等证候积分显著下降（P<0.05），总有效率均达优良，提示规范化温阳罐护理可有效缓解脾胃虚寒相关症状。结论 温阳罐护理可温中和焦、温经散寒、调理脾胃、行气活血，在脾胃虚寒患者护理中适用性强，具有较高借鉴价值。

Abstract

Objective This study explores the effect of warm-yang cupping therapy intervention on symptom improvement in patients with spleen and stomach deficiency-cold syndrome and the mechanism of its traditional Chinese nursing.
Methods A retrospective selection was made of 383 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency-cold syndrome who received warm-yang cupping therapy from April 17, 2025 to December 10, 2025. The changes in TCM syndrome scores before and after the intervention were compared, and the comprehensive therapeutic effect was evaluated.
Results A total of 1325 interventions were received by the patients, with an average of (3.46 ± 1.67) times per person. The syndrome scores for symptoms such as loss of appetite, cold pain in the abdomen, and loose stools significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0.05), and the total effective rate was excellent, suggesting that standardized warm-yang cupping therapy can effectively alleviate symptoms related to spleen and stomach deficiency-cold.
Conclusion   Warm-yang cupping therapy can warm the middle jiao, warm the meridians and dispel cold, regulate the spleen and stomach, and promote qi and blood circulation. It has strong applicability in the nursing of patients with spleen and stomach deficiency-cold and has high reference value.
