摘要
目的 分析护士分层管理对乳腺外科护士护理质量的影响。方法 此次研究对象为我院在2024年1月-2024年12月期间的18名乳腺外科护士为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为常规组及试验组，每组9名。其中常规组采取常规管理，试验组采取护士分层管理。对两组护理质量及护理考核结果进行比较。结果 相比较常规组，试验组护理质量显高（P＜0.05），护理考核结果显优（P＜0.05）。结论 护士分层管理能够有效规范乳腺外科护士护理行为，提高护士专业素养及护理服务质量，值得在乳腺外科临床护理管理中推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of nurse hierarchical management on the nursing quality of breast surgery nurses. Methods The study subjects were 18breast surgery nurses from our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 9 participants in each group. The conventional group adopts conventional management, while the experimental group adopts nurse stratified management. Compare the nursing quality and nursing assessment results between two groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had significantly higher nursing quality (P<0.05) and better nursing assessment results (P<0.05). Conclusion Hierarchical management of nurses can effectively standardize the nursing behavior of breast surgery nurses, improve their professional competence and nursing service quality, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing management of breast surgery.
