摘要
目的 观察对胆结石手术患者开展中医体质辨证饮食护理对患者恢复的影响。方法 回顾性纳入2024年3月-12月进行常规护理胆结石手术患者38例（作为对照组），并回顾2025年1月-12月进行中医体质辨证饮食护理胆结石手术患者38例（作为观察组）。分析两组患者护理前后营养状态、症状积分进行对比。结果 营养水平，观察组护理后高于对照组（P<0.05）。症状积分，观察组护理后低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在对胆结石手术患者开展术后护理过程中实施中医体质辨证饮食护理，可以对患者在恢复阶段营养水平进行提升，促使患者各方面症状迅速进行改善，能够间接起到帮助患者进行恢复的作用，综合保障对该部分患者的护理效果。

Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of TCM constitution-based dietary nursing on the recovery of patients undergoing gallstone surgery. Methods A retrospective study included 38 patients who underwent conventional gallstone surgery from March to December 2024 (control group) and 38 patients who received TCM constitution-based dietary nursing from January to December 2025 (observation group). The nutritional status and symptom scores of both groups before and after nursing were compared. Results The nutritional level in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The symptom score in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing TCM constitution-based dietary nursing during the postoperative care of patients undergoing gallstone surgery can improve their nutritional status during the recovery phase, promote rapid improvement in various symptoms, and indirectly aid in patient recovery, thereby comprehensively ensuring the effectiveness of nursing for this patient population.
