Application of high-quality nursing services in the care of children with gastritis and their impact on comfort level
优质护理服务在胃炎患儿护理中的应用及对舒适度的影响

摘要

目的 观察对胃炎患儿护理过程中开展优质护理服务的效果及对舒适度的影响。方法 随机在2025年1月-2025年10月胃炎患儿中选择82例，按照数字表随机抽样的方式均分2组，对照组（41例）进行常规护理，观察组（41例）进行优质护理服务，由护理人员为患儿制定优质护理方案。对患儿治疗期间症状改善用时、舒适度进行对比。结果 观察组患儿症状改善用时短于对照组（P<0.05）。舒适度对比，观察组护理后高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在对胃炎患儿护理过程中开展优质护理服务，有助于患儿在治疗期间各方面症状进行改善，减少病症对患儿健康造成的负面影响，并促使患儿在治疗期间的舒适度得到提升，综合保障对患儿的护理效果。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of providing high-quality nursing services during the nursing process of children with gastritis and its impact on comfort.
Methods From January 2025 to October 2025, 82 children with gastritis were randomly selected and divided into two groups using a digital table. The control group (41 cases) received routine nursing care, while the observation group (41 cases) received high-quality nursing services. Nursing staff developed a high-quality nursing plan for the children. Compare the time and comfort of symptom improvement during the treatment of pediatric patients.
Results The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, (P<0.05). Compared to the control group, the comfort level was higher in the observation group after nursing care, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Providing high-quality nursing services during the care process for children with gastritis can help improve their symptoms in all aspects during treatment, reduce the negative impact of the disease on their health, and improve their comfort level during treatment, thus ensuring the overall effectiveness of nursing care.
