摘要
目的 探讨分析对接受蓝光照射治疗的新生儿黄疸患儿实施针对性护理效果。方法 选取2024年3月至2025年10月期间于我院接受的蓝光照射治疗的66例新生儿黄疸患儿进行研究，根据随机数字表法平均分组，参照组33例接受常规护理，研究组33例接受针对性护理。观察对两组的护理效果。结果 研究组的黄疸消退时间较参照组更短（P<0.05）。结论 对接受蓝光照射治疗的新生儿黄疸患儿实施针对性护理，能够提高对患儿的照护效果，加快黄疸消退速度，具有推广价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of implementing targeted nursing for neonates with jaundice who received blue light irradiation treatment. Methods A total of 66 neonates with jaundice who received blue light irradiation treatment in our hospital from March 2024 to October 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group included 33 cases who received routine care, and the study group included 33 cases who received targeted care. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results The jaundice regression time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing targeted nursing for neonates with jaundice who received blue light irradiation treatment can improve the care effect of the children, accelerate the jaundice regression speed, and has promotional value.
