摘要
目的 分析人文关怀结合舒适护理模式对手术室护理质量及患者生活质量的影响。方法 收集2024年5月-2025年5月于我院接受手术的239例患者开展研究，分组方式：随机数字表法，对照组（n=120）和实验组（n=119），对照组：常规护理，实验组：人文关怀结合舒适护理，对比两组：手术室护理质量、生活质量（SF-36）。结果 实验组手术室护理质量评分优于对照组，P<0.05，生活质量优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在手术室护理过程中融入人文关怀结合舒适护理，可以提升患者的护理质量，提高患者的生活质量，满足患者的护理需求，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of the humanistic care combined with comfort care model on the quality of surgical room nursing and the quality of life of patients. Methods A study was conducted on 239 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025. The grouping method was: random number table method: control group (n=120) and experimental group (n=119). The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received humanistic care combined with comfort care. The surgical room nursing quality and quality of life (SF-36) of the two groups were compared. Results The surgical room nursing quality score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P<0.05, and the quality of life was better than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Integrating humanistic care combined with comfort care in surgical room nursing can improve the quality of nursing for patients, enhance their quality of life, meet their nursing needs, and is worthy of promotion.
