Research on the application of empowering education concept combined with humanistic nursing in negative emotions and quality of life of gastric cancer chemotherapy patients
赋能教育理念结合人文护理在胃癌化疗患者负性情绪及生存质量中的运用研究

摘要

目的 本文将探究针对胃癌患者在化疗期间，将赋能教育理念与人文护理结合，对患者负性情绪及生存质量的影响。方法 抽取我院近两年收治的116例胃癌化疗患者作为研究对象，根据患者意愿分常规组与研究组，各组58例，分别给予常规护理与赋能教育理念结合人文护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果 研究组患者相比较于常规组患者，经护理后，负性情绪缓解更优，不良反应发生率更低，生存质量更高，两组各项指标差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 赋能教育理念结合人文护理下，可有效缓解胃癌化疗患者负性情绪，患者满意度高，促进护患关系和谐发展，且提升患者生存质量，可积极推广使用。

Abstract

Objective This article will explore the impact of combining empowerment education concepts with humanistic nursing on negative emotions and quality of life of gastric cancer patients during chemotherapy.
Methods A total of 116 gastric cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to our hospital in the past two years were selected as the research subjects. According to the patients’ wishes, they were divided into a conventional group and a study group, with 58 cases in each group. Conventional nursing and empowerment education concepts combined with humanistic nursing interventions were given to each group, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the patients in the study group had better negative emotional relief, lower incidence of adverse reactions, and higher quality of life after nursing care. The differences in various data between the two groups were significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of empowering educational concepts and humanistic nursing can effectively alleviate negative emotions in gastric cancer chemotherapy patients, increase patient satisfaction, promote harmonious development of nurse patient relationships, and improve patients’ quality of life. It can be actively promoted and used.
