Clinical observation on the effect of auricular point pressing combined with acupoint resistance detection targeting kidney and lumbar sacral vertebra points in improving night pain in patients with cold-damp type low back pain
耳穴贴压结合穴位电阻检测靶向肾、腰骶椎穴改善寒湿型腰痛患者夜间痛的临床观察

摘要

目的 观察在寒湿型腰痛患者中开展耳穴贴压结合穴位电阻检测靶向肾、腰骶椎穴治疗的临床效果以及对其夜间痛的影响。方法 选取2025年1月至2026年7月期间我院接收的寒湿型腰痛患者70例作为分析对象，分组采取随机数字表法，共分成观察组和对照组，每组各有35例患者，对照组接受常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上配合中医耳穴贴压结合穴位电阻检测靶向肾、腰骶椎穴干预，对比分析两组取得的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的夜间腰痛程度明显轻于对照组，睡眠质量改善效果优于对照组，生活活动能力以及生活质量与对照组相比显著提高（P<0.05）。结论 对寒湿型腰痛患者治疗中添加中医耳穴贴压配合穴位电阻检测靶向肾、腰骶椎穴，能够进一步提升临床治疗效果，尽早改善患者的夜间疼痛程度，提高患者的睡眠质量，改善患者生活活动能力及生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of auricular point pressing combined with acupoint resistance detection targeting kidney and lumbar sacral vertebra points in treating patients with cold-damp type low back pain and its impact on their night pain.
Methods 70 patients with cold-damp type low back pain admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to July 2026 were selected as the analysis objects. Grouping was conducted using the random number table method, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the observation group received intervention of traditional Chinese medicine auricular point pressing combined with acupoint resistance detection targeting kidney and lumbar sacral vertebra points on the basis of the control group treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After treatment, the night pain degree of patients in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, and the improvement effect on sleep quality was better than that of the control group. The living activity ability and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Adding traditional Chinese medicine auricular point pressing combined with acupoint resistance detection targeting kidney and lumbar sacral vertebra points in the treatment of patients with cold-damp type low back pain can further improve the clinical therapeutic effect, early improve the night pain degree of patients, improve the sleep quality of patients, and improve the living activity ability and quality of life of patients.
