Evaluation of the effect of comfort care on improving the quality of life of elderly lung cancer patients undergoing targeted therapy
舒适护理对改善老年肺癌靶向治疗患者生活质量的效果评估

摘要

目的 探析舒适护理应用于老年肺癌靶向治疗中，对改善生活质量的效果。方法 自2025年1月起，本院开始收集靶向治疗老年肺癌的病例资料，至2026年1月止共纳入52例，通过双盲法平均分组。参照组开展常规护理；实验组开展舒适护理。对比两组生活质量、依从性等情况。结果 实验组社会功能、心理功能以及躯体功能等各项生活质量评分均较参照组明显偏高（P<0.05）。实验组治疗及护理的依从率为96.15%，较参照组的73.08%明显偏高（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理应用于老年肺癌靶向治疗中，可明显提高治疗及护理的依从性，促使其生活质量的明显提高，应积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comfort care applied in targeted therapy for elderly lung cancer on improving quality of life.
Methods Starting from January 2025, our hospital began collecting case data on targeted therapy for elderly lung cancer. By January 2026, a total of 52 cases were included and evenly divided into two groups using a double-blind method. Conduct routine nursing care in the reference group; The experimental group carried out comfort care. Compare the quality of life and compliance between two groups.
Results The quality of life scores for social function, psychological function, and physical function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The compliance rate of treatment and nursing in the experimental group was 96.15%, which was significantly higher than the 73.08% in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comfort care in targeted therapy for elderly lung cancer can significantly improve treatment and nursing compliance, promote a significant improvement in their quality of life, and should be actively promoted.
