优质护理概念在白血病护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析优质护理概念在白血病护理中的应用效果与现实指导意义。方法 选择2024年10月至2025年10月区间内，于本院就诊的白血病患者（64名），依照随机数字表为分配原则，将其分为两个独立的小组，各32名。对照组执行常规护理，观察组则同步开展优质护理进行干预。比较两组患者在护理前后的心理状态、依从性以及不良事件的发生情况。结果 在心理状态评估方面[情绪状态量表（POMS）]，两组患者护理后的评估数值均实现了较护理前的明显降低，同时在最终的组间疗效对比中观察组各项评估分值显著更低，与对照组相比较存在显著的数值差异（P<0.05）；其次，在临床护理的依从性方面，观察组的临床依从性显著高于对照组，其组间数据对比存在显著的差异（P<0.05）；另外，在不良事件的发生概率上，观察组整体发生率明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理概念对于白血病患者而言，不仅能够明显改善患者的心理状态，同时对于患者临床依从性也有着积极的提升作用，减少不良事件。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of the concept of high-quality nursing in leukemia care and its practical guiding significance.
Methods From October 2024 to October 2025, 64 leukemia patients who visited our hospital were selected. According to the random number table as the allocation principle, they were divided into two independent groups, each with 32 patients. The control group received routine care, while the observation group simultaneously implemented high-quality nursing intervention. The psychological state, compliance, and occurrence of adverse events of the two groups before and after the nursing were compared.
Results In the assessment of psychological state [Profile of Mood States (POMS)], the assessment values of both groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing. In the final group comparison of therapeutic effect, the evaluation scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and there was a significant numerical difference (P < 0.05); Secondly, in the aspect of clinical nursing compliance, the clinical compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference in the data comparison between the two groups (P < 0.05); In addition, in terms of the occurrence probability of adverse reactions, the overall occurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The concept of high-quality nursing can not only significantly improve the psychological state of leukemia patients, but also has a positive promoting effect on the clinical compliance of patients and reduces adverse reactions.
