Observation and analysis of the effect of nursing intervention in the operating room on preventing gastrointestinal surgical incision infection
手术室护理干预对预防胃肠道手术切口感染效果观察分析

摘要

目的 探讨针对性手术室护理干预对预防胃肠道手术患者切口感染的应用效果。方法 选取本院2023年1月-2024年6月收治的84例胃肠道手术患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为常规组与实验组，各42例。常规组实施手术室基础护理，实验组在常规护理基础上实施切口感染针对性护理干预。对比两组患者的切口感染发生率、切口愈合时间及护理质量评分。结果 实验组切口感染发生率低于常规组，切口愈合时间短于常规组，护理质量评分高于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 针对性手术室护理干预可有效降低胃肠道手术患者切口感染风险，缩短切口愈合时间，提升护理服务质量，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted operating room nursing intervention on preventing incision infection in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.
Methods 84 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a routine group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 42 patients in each group. The routine group received basic nursing care in the operating room, while the experimental group received targeted nursing intervention for incision infection on the basis of routine nursing care. Compare the incidence of incision infection, incision healing time, and nursing quality score between two groups of patients.
Results The incidence of incision infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group, the incision healing time was shorter than that in the routine group, and the nursing quality score was higher than that in the routine group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted nursing interventions in the operating room can effectively reduce the risk of incision infection in gastrointestinal surgery patients, shorten incision healing time, improve nursing service quality, and have high clinical application value.
