Analysis of the application experience of holistic nursing in the nursing of iron deficiency anemia
整体护理在缺铁性贫血护理中的应用体会分析

摘要

目的 探讨在缺铁性贫血患者护理中应用整体护理的效果。方法 在2025年1月-2026年1月选取62例缺铁性贫血患者，根据随机数字表法随机分成2组。护理患者中，对照组用常规护理，观察组用整体护理。比较2组患者遵医行为和生活质量。结果 2组中观察组遵医行为评分高于对照组，组间比较P<0.05，有统计学意义；2组中观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组，组间比较P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论 在缺铁性贫血患者护理中应用整体护理效果显著，既能有效提升其遵医行为，还能有效增强其生活质量，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of applying holistic nursing in the nursing of patients with iron deficiency anemia.
Methods From January 2025 to January 2026, 62 patients with iron deficiency anemia were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method. In the nursing of patients, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received holistic nursing. The compliance behavior and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results In the two groups, the observation group had the highest score for compliance behavior, and the comparison between the groups showed P < 0.05, which was statistically significant; In the two groups, the observation group had the highest score for quality of life after nursing, and the comparison between the groups showed P < 0.05, which was statistically significant.
Conclusion   The application of holistic nursing in the nursing of patients with iron deficiency anemia has a significant effect. It can not only effectively improve their compliance behavior, but also effectively enhance their quality of life, and is worthy of application.
